How to Let Go of the Oars

A good thing to do in this time of sadness for your husband is to think happiness when around him. Some one, I can not remember who, said they played the I Love You game and that it worked and so I think that if when you're around your husband that if you're thinking happy thoughts, and even funny ones that eventually your husband will catch on, and maybe he'll also seek some help for himself. You know? Depression can get to us in such a way that it won't let the Abe stuff in, cause it is like a thick fog that just raps itself unwelcomingly around us and won't leave till we tell it to be gone, and so this may be where he's at. In which case you're going to have to really concentrate when meditating good thoughts his way.
